The uncomplicated and fast Check in, and nice Rooms, and the nice Patio on the backside, where you can sit and smoke or have a drink. We arrived when it was dark, the next day we saw, the Hotel is direct on a river, which makes is more nice. In the Area are plenty of possibilities for Breakfast and Dinner. To Downtown, a mile or so also this makes it a good location.

The check in was super quick and friendly. I've been twice in the past month and both men I've encountered were awesome. It's funny because the TVs are a bit outdated. But they offer free dvds for the DVD play that your room has. Both rooms were on opposite sides of hotel and both equally clean and comfortable! Also the location to downtown is hardly a 10 minute walk. Very convenient without being literally downtown.

The room was big and the shower was awesome. All the staff was very friendly and I really liked the pool area. We didn't use the restaurant but it was nice that it was there if we had wanted to go. The trains going by added a nice atmosphere. We like trains,though. The parking lot was spacious and easy to navigate.

Room was exceptionally clean and larger than expected. Staff extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Location was good. Well-lit parking in front. No noise from AC Large kitchen with new appliances

The location is really great, and it is less than 5 min to downtown, restaurants all around the place, and the pharmacy is no more than 10 min away. Very clean and comfortable, adding that this place is close to the beach, we have no sand or dust in the room. The room has a coffee maker and fridge. The restaurant is excellent, the food has good taste and the fried fish was amazing. My wife and I passed an excellent time with the family. We stay another night. This is the second time we have come here. I recommend this place. To come alone or with the family.

The rooms were very nice and I appreciate the dehumidifiers to keep the room a very comfortable temperature. I liked the location. Everything was close by and convenient. The housekeeping services were very nice as well and very attentive. The view from the back rooms is nice as well, looks over the Matanzas River.

The staff here is great, no matter who you are what you look like or how many kids you have, The staff is very pleasant and the manager of the entire hotel definitely takes pride in her job. She actually comes out and talks to the customers, smiles and makes you feel welcome. I couldn't believe it. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel where I thought everything I do or everywhere I go or whatever I need is so comfortably easy and pleasant even to experience. Whatever you're doing keep doing it. Hotels of higher stature should take lessons from you. Very very satisfied. GIVE MANAGEMENT A RAISE. RAISE I SAY!!! AWESOME
